To Order
To order follow these simple steps,
1. Select US currency by clicking the US flag icon at the top of the screen
(unless you are in Canada-- in that case, click the Canadian flag).
2. Click the Add to Cart button or Buy Now button next to the item you want.
Your shopping cart will be automatically updated with the item, and the contents
will be displayed in the right-hand column of your screen.
3. When complete, or at any time during your shopping, you can look at your shopping cart,
by clicking the shopping cart icon at the top of the page. Now check the items you have ordered
and change any quantities required. To delete an item, click the Remove box next to it.
When you have finished adjusting quantities, click the Update Cart button.
4. When your order is complete, click the Checkout button. At that point,
a secure connection (SSL) will be activated.
5. Now simply fill in your personal details and credit card information.
When all information is complete, you can proceed to the final step.
6. To confirm your order, simply press the confirm button on the screen and your order will be processed.
Finding A Part
The quickest method to find a part, is to simply search for the part, using the Search facility in the top right hand corner of the page,
or the Quick Find box in the left hand column. If you don't know the item code or name, use the category selectors in the left hand column
or along the top navigation bar. If the part is a special part or if it is not listed, please contact us directly at sales@technologicalarts.com.
Finding The Status of Your Order
To find the current status of your order, click on My Account, at the top right hand corner of your screen, then enter your email address and password
and click Sign In. Your order details will then appear in the Previous Orders section. If you have any problems or your order is not shown,
please contact us directly at sales@technologicalarts.com.

Troubleshooting for login and SSL for Internet Explorer
* Go to Tools and Internet Options
* Choose Content and Click Clear SSL State to clear cache
* Go to Advanced menu inside Internet Options menu
* Scroll down and go to Secure
* Be sure you selected Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0
* Close your browser and try login again

* Go to Tools and Options
* Choose Privacy and Clear the cache
* Choose Advanced and scroll down
* Be sure you selected Use SSL 2.0 and Use SSL 3.0
* Close your browser and try login again
If you are unsuccessful after following the instructions above, it is likely that your network does not support SSL transactions because of your firewall.
This is a common situation with institutional and corporate networks. Please consult your System Administrator.
